We accept returns only for shipments within Pakistan. For all other countries, returns are not accepted.
Important: Continuous Unboxing Video Required
Customers must record an uncut, clear video while opening the outer courier flyer and packaging box. In case of any transit damage or defect, returns/replacements strictly require valid unboxing video proof. Without video evidence, damage claims cannot be accepted.
Pakistan Orders (Return Eligible)
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.
- Unboxing video proof is strictly mandatory for damaged item claims.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
International Orders (Not Return Eligible)
Due to shipping, customs, and handling constraints, all orders shipped outside Pakistan are final sale and cannot be returned.
